- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States — vercel.com. Functions executed in EU regions. Standard Contractual Clauses in place for any data transfer.
- Database, authentication, file storage
- Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992 — supabase.com. Database and storage hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt / Ireland regions).

Intellectual property
All content of opnclo.com and app.opnclo.com — design, layout, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, source code, database structure — is the property of Opnclo or its licensors and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.
The "Opnclo" name and logo are trademarks. Use of the brand for factual reference (for example to indicate that your restaurant uses Opnclo) is permitted; use as a separate trademark or product name is not.
Liability and information accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure the information published on opnclo.com is accurate and up to date. We do not warrant that the website will be free from errors, defects, or interruption. The use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service, including the limitations of liability set out there.
Hyperlinks to third-party websites are provided for information; Opnclo has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no liability for them.
Personal data and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The marketing site does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers; only first-party essential cookies and local storage are used.
For any data protection request — access, rectification, erasure, portability — write to privacy@opnclo.com. You may also exercise the right of access and erasure directly from your account settings (one-click data download and account deletion).

Before any judicial action, both parties undertake to attempt an amicable resolution by direct negotiation, by writing to contact@opnclo.com.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (typically applicable to consumer disputes only).
Applicable law
This website and its operation are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the user's country of residence within the European Union. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant a different forum.
